1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Farlove (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About Farlove

Farlove is a private app for two partners. It helps long-distance couples share notes, moods, pings, photos, and check-ins through home screen widgets and a daily love meter.

Farlove is not a public social media platform and does not provide a public feed.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Partner Connection

Farlove is designed for private partner pairing. You are responsible for who you connect with and what content you send.

We may limit, suspend, or end a connection feature if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and send in Farlove, including notes, moods, pings, check-ins, and photos.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the App and provide partner features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the App or related services.
• Use content in a way that violates the rights of others.
• Bypass security, account, or access controls.

7. Third-Party Terms (Apple EULA)

If you downloaded Farlove through Apple, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement may also apply:

In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms and mandatory store terms, applicable store terms control only to the extent of that conflict.

8. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Farlove at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Disclaimer

Farlove is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoponTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using Farlove at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful way.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
