Help topics
Use the same sign-in method you started with (email, Google, or Apple). Try resetting your password from the login screen. If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, sign back in on the same Apple device.
Open RotCut and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. If you're past that screen, sign out from Settings and reopen the app. Restoring only works on the same account that made the purchase.
In your phone's Settings, open Notifications, find RotCut, and make sure they're allowed. If they already are, toggle them off and back on. Background App Refresh also needs to be on for scheduled reminders.
Make sure Screen Time is turned on in your phone's Settings. If RotCut still doesn't have permission, toggle Screen Time off and on. The blocker only works on a real device, not a simulator.
